2. What data we process and how we obtain it
This website has no forms and no user accounts. We only process the data users voluntarily provide when they get in touch by email and Instagram direct messages (name, contact details and the content of the message), and the minimum technical data any web server logs when a page is visited (IP address, date and time, page requested and browser), used for security purposes only.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Answering enquiries and requests (information, collaborations, press, bookings): legal basis is the user's consent when getting in touch (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, if the enquiry leads to an engagement, pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b).
- Website security (server logs): legitimate interest in keeping the site protected (Art. 6.1.f).
No automated decisions or profiling take place. No marketing communications are sent without prior, express consent.
4. Retention
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if a relationship is formalised, for the applicable legal periods. Server logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months.
5. Recipients and processors
Data is not disclosed to third parties unless required by law. The following providers are involved:
- Hostinger International Ltd. (Chipre, UE): website hosting (server in the European Union).
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Instagram), if you contact us by direct message.
- YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.): Playback of embedded videos (privacy-enhanced mode, youtube-nocookie.com). It only loads if the user clicks on the content.
6. International transfers
If users contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram, or play an embedded video or map, those platforms (Meta, Google, Vimeo) may process their data outside the European Economic Area, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Your rights
Users may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@onewomanshowfilms.com stating the right they wish to exercise. We will reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
The website runs entirely over HTTPS and reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to protect data.
